We offer a 7-day refund window for all new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with your Kipenzi experience, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 7-day period, even if the content has not been used.
