1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that:

• You accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

2. Subscription Service

• Kipenzi offers recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) for access to digital content.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• Access is granted only for the active billing period.

3. Fees & Payment

• All fees are listed in USD (or local currency) and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice via email or website update.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You may not share login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
• You agree not to redistribute, resell, or modify any Kipenzi content.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content (eBooks, text, images, audio, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Kipenzi or its licensors.
• Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to view and read content for private, non-commercial use only.
• No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

6. Content Usage

• Content is intended for children aged 3–12, under adult supervision.
• Teachers, schools, or institutions wishing to use Kipenzi content must obtain a separate institutional license.
• Unauthorized commercial or public use (e.g., in classrooms without a license, YouTube readings) is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Fees are unpaid.
• You violate these Terms.
• Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that content is suitable for every child or educational purpose.
• Digital products are non-tangible; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kipenzi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
